Objective: This study is aimed at to observe the curative effect of the modification of ChuShiJieDuTang on acute eczema of damp-heat type, and the effect of it in serum total IgE levels and peripheral blood eosinophil percentage, through the comparison with cetirizine and demonstrate the safety and effect of traditional medicine.
方法:150例湿热型急性湿疹患者,分为中药治疗组(77例)和西药治疗组(73例),中药治疗组以除湿解毒汤每日一剂,早晚水煎服,西药治疗组给予氯雷他啶胶囊l0mg,每日一次,两组外治均用马齿苋水煎进行中药塌渍,外涂益康唑/曲胺奈德(T)乳膏。

| 湿疹 eczema 多种内外因素引起的表浅性皮肤炎症疾病。皮疹对称。多形性，为多数帽针头大密集红色丘疹、水疱、脓疱损害，继而变成糜烂、结痂，反复发作变为苔藓样变，这为慢性湿疹，对内外因素敏感，有渗出倾向，极易反复发作；病程短，炎症重，皮疹以原发损害为主，如红斑、丘疹、水疱等为急性湿疹；病程中等，炎症减轻，皮疹以继发损害为主者为亚急性湿疹。发生于特殊部位者，各有其特性，且顽固难治。如手部湿疹、乳房湿疹、耳部湿疹、阴囊湿疹、女阴湿疹、肛门湿疹、钱币性湿疹等等。 治疗时应注意避免内外不利因素，如搔抓、洗烫、过敏性食物等等。内用抗组胺药、注射钙剂、给维生素C、内服中药等可治疗急性、亚急性湿疹，也可外用焦油类制剂、皮质类固醇激素等。 |
