卵巢颗粒细胞瘤
占所有卵巢肿瘤的2%，占卵巢恶性肿瘤10%。被认为是一种潜在恶性肿瘤，大多数具有雌激素特征。可分成成人型及幼年型两种，大致特征如下表：雌激素特征表现为青春期前性早熟，生育年龄不规则阴道出血，或更年期后绝经后出血等。有些情况也可出现男性化症。患者可有腹胀、腹痛，也可合并腹水。雌激素检测有助于诊断。与激素有关的疾病如子宫内膜癌、乳腺癌、子宫内膜增生或子宫肌瘤等均可同时发生。治疗以手术为主，根据分期，年龄，及对生育要求决定手术方式。术后辅以化疗或放疗，预后与分期、年龄，包膜是否破裂及肿瘤大小等有关。
