cell junction
又称“细胞间连接”，位于密集的细胞的相邻区，呈点状、斑状或带状。电镜研究证明，细胞连接由细胞相邻区特化的细胞膜和细胞质构成，使细胞相互紧密相连。有的为机械性的粘着，使细胞彼此不易分离；有的封闭细胞间隙，防止细胞外物质穿入，保护机体内环境稳定；有的是相邻细胞间离子和小分子出入的通道，供细胞交换化学信息和发生电耦联。细胞连接大致分四型：闭锁连接或紧密连接、中间连接或粘着小带、桥粒或粘着斑、缝隙连接。
