Objective To explore the influence of delivery manner,which act by obstetrician during delivery,on mentality,behavior and health of maternal and infants, and try to find out the mechanism so as to provide scientific evidence for regulating occupational behavior of obstetrician,and enhancing physical and mental health state of maternal and infants.
目的探讨分娩方式对产妇和儿童心理、行为及健康状况的的影响及发生原因,为规范产科医生的职业行为,促进母婴身心健康水平提供科学依据。

《中华人民共和国母婴保健法》1994年l。月27日中国第八届全国人民代表大会常委会第十次会议通过、于1995年6月1日起实施的《中华人民共和国母婴保健法》。该法的宗旨是为了保障母亲和婴儿的健康，降低孕产妇和婴儿死亡率，预防病残儿的出生，提高出生人口素质。同时它也确立了母婴保健工作的地位，明确了政府和卫生行政部门以及医疗保健机构在母婴保健工作中的职责，重申了妇女在母婴保健方面的权利。该法对控制人口数量、提高人口素质和计划生育工作有积极作用。
