A new derivative of acylthiosemicarbazide——N-naphthoacetyl-N′-o-methoxybenzoyl thiosemicarbazide was synthesized by the addition reaction of α-naphthoacetyl isothiocyanate with arylhydrazine,whose structure was confirmed by IR spectra,1HNMR,13CNMR and elemental analysis.
