绿脓杆菌感染所致的角膜急性化脓性炎症。潜伏期短，眼剧痛，畏光，流泪，眼睑及球结膜充血、水肿，分泌物多。感染后数小时，角膜出现灰白色环形浸润，周围弥漫性水肿，且易穿孔。前房有黄白色积脓。
