In clinical orthopedics, since many effective treatment methods of the traditional Chinese medicine bone wound department--muscle wound\'s manuver treatment, the body merit exercise, the traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine\'s external apply and other methods of treatment either are neglected or not inherited completely,so the curative effect is bad.
目的：1、在骨科临床中,中医骨伤科许多行之有效的治疗方法——筋伤的中医手法治疗、体功锻炼、中药内服与外敷等治疗方法或被忽略遗忘或未完全继承导致疗效差,鉴于此本文较完整的发掘出名老中医杜自明骨伤学术思想及治疗经验的精髓,并继承、提炼出杜派治疗筋伤、骨伤的独特治疗方法,以指导目前教学、科研、临床工作；2、详细总结杜派治疗筋伤的手法,以期更有利于学习、继承、掌握和发扬光大；3、研究杜派推拿手法配合中药内服治疗神经根型颈椎病的机制和疗效；4、数据库建设。

现代中医期刊。光明中医函授大学主办，《光明中医骨伤杂志》编辑委员会、广西壮族自治区人民医院中医骨伤科研究室编。季刊。发行地广西南宁市。1985年5月创刊。1986年第1期更名为《中医骨伤科杂志》。1987年第1期始由中华全国中医学会骨伤科学会和广西中医骨伤科研究所主办，公开发行。1988年第1期改名《中华中医骨伤科杂志》。1988年第3期改名《中国中医骨伤科杂志》，并由中华全国中医学会主办，广西中医骨伤科研究所承办。自1989年起改为双月刊。1990年停刊，1991年复刊。1992年第1期改由中国中医药学会、湖北省中医药研究院主办。1993年改名《中国中医骨伤科》，刊期不变。
