Objective To disscuss the surgical procedures of repairing the broad nostril and droopy nasal ala.

Methods: Gross dissection was undertaken on the alar nasal cartilages of an unilateral cleft lip stillborn fetus.

This technique requires the use of a guide that positions the sutures across the medial side of both domes of the alar cartilages and osteocartilaginous junction to lift nasal tip.

Methods Millard of cleft lip repair was used with correction of nasal deformities at the same time, in which the displaced alar cartilage and the deviated septum were replaced to their normal anatomical position.

Our operation procedure included mobilization of the displaced nasal alar cartilage,raision of the medial nasal alar foot and reduction of the nostrils floor and correction of the nasal deformities.
