transplantation of lung
用手术方法将同种异体的健康肺植入体内以取代丧失功能的病肺。手术中需要作肺动脉、肺静脉及气管的吻合。除于术前应作好配型外，尚需选择大小比例合适的肺脏。目前已有短期存活的病例报道。手术的困难之处在于血管吻合技术比较复杂以及术后防治排异反应。由于心肺联合移植的技术比较简单，目前已有逐渐取代肺移植术的趋势。
