【处方】
丹参 200g 三七 200g 降香油 1.75ml
【制法】
以上三味，三七粉碎成细粉；丹参粉碎成中粉，照流浸膏剂与浸膏剂项 下的渗漉法（附录Ⅰ O），用90％乙醇作溶剂进行渗漉，收集漉液，回收乙醇并浓缩成 稠膏；药渣加水煎煮二次，每次1 小时，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至适量，加入上述 细粉及稠膏，搅匀，制成颗粒，干燥，喷加降香油，混匀，压制成1000片，包糖衣，即 得。
【性状】
本品为糖衣片，除去糖衣后显棕褐色；气微香、味甘、微苦。
【鉴别】
(1) 取本品 5片，除去糖衣，研细，加甲醇5ml,浸渍10分钟，时时振摇 ，滤过，滤液作为供试品溶液。另取三七对照药材1g，同法制成对照药材溶液。照薄层 色谱法（附录Ⅵ B）试验，吸取上述两种溶液各5～10μl，分别点于同一以羧甲基纤维 素钠为黏合剂的硅胶Ｇ薄层板上，以醋酸乙酯－丁酮－甲酸－水(5:3:1:1) 为展开剂， 展开，取出，晾干，喷以1％ 香草醛硫酸溶液，加热至斑点显色清晰。供试品色谱中， 在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的斑点。 (2) 取丹参对照药材1g、降香对照药材0.5g，分别按[鉴别](1) 项下供试品溶液制 备方法制成对照药材溶液。照薄层色谱法（附录Ⅵ B）试验，吸取[鉴别](1) 项下的供 试品溶液及上述两种对照药材溶液各5～10μl，分别点于同一以羧甲基纤维素钠为黏合 剂的硅胶Ｈ薄层板上，以石油醚(60～90℃)－醋酸乙酯(8:3) 为展开剂，展开，取出， 晾干。供试品色谱中，在与丹参对照药材色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的斑点；喷以 1％ 香草醛硫酸溶液，加热至斑点显色清晰，在与降香对照药材色谱相应的位置上，显 相同颜色的斑点。

应符合片剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ D）。
【功能与主治】
活血化瘀，理气止痛。用于气滞血瘀所致的胸闷，胸痹，心悸气 短；冠心病见上述证候者。
【用法与用量】
口服，一次3片,一日3次。

密封。
