束支传导阻滞
发生在房室束以下的传导障碍。包括右束支传导阻滞、左束支传导阻滞及左束支前后分支传导阻滞。临床上除心音分裂外无其它特殊表现,诊断主要依靠心电图,其特点是QRS时间延长,QRS波群形态异常,伴ST-T改变。右束支较细而长,易发生传导阻滞,但不一定表示有弥漫性心肌病变。束支传导阻滞可以是永久性的,也可以是间歇性的。临床上右束支阻滞远较左束支阻滞为常见。前者可发生于各种器质性心脏病,亦见于部分健康人;后者绝大多数为器质性心脏病的一种表现。本病无需特殊治疗,主要是针对原发病因作适当处理。
