冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病
coronary atherosclerotic heart disease
简称"冠心病"。即由于冠状动脉粥样硬化或冠状动脉痉挛，造成心肌缺血、缺氧引起心绞痛、心肌梗死和心肌硬化等，从而表现出相应临床症状者，多诊断为冠心病。此外，尚有两种类型，即隐性冠心病和猝死型冠心病。诊断主要根据临床表现、心电图和其负荷试验、冠状动脉造影、放射性核素心脏显像等。治疗原则是在治疗动脉粥样硬化时，改善心肌血液供应，控制心力衰竭和心律失常。具体措施除药物如抗心绞痛药物外，尚可行主动脉-冠状动脉旁路手术，以及近年开展的经皮血管内冠状动脉扩张术。
