We assessed the genetic structure and phylogenic relationships of domestic native sheep and goat breeds from the lower reaches of the Yellow River using 13 microsatellite loci.

Ten polymorphic microsatellite loci among 4 local goat breeds(Laoshan dairy goat,Jining grey goat,Lubei white goat and Laiwu black goat) in China were used to analyse the relating effect between their alleles and growth traits,by using general linear model(GLM) and microsatellite analysis technique.

The polymorphism distributions of nine microsatellite loci,BM6506,BM1824,BM6438,ILSTS004 and OarDB6 on Chinese merino sheep chromosome 1 and BM4621,OarHH55,BM143 and OarJMP8 in sheep chromosome 6 were determined by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and multiplex gel electrophoresis followed by silver staining.
结果显示:9个微卫星基因座的基因型分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡,绵羊中9个微卫星基因座中BM4621基因座的DP、H、PIC和PE都为最高。

The genetic data of MICA microsatellite were obtained by genotyping 577 samples in 13 population groups of China,which are Han YN,Han GD,Han SD,Bai,Dai,Lahu,Li,Naxi,Sala,She,Tu,Wa and Zang YN,with genescan.
通过对中国 1 3个群体 (云南汉族、广东汉族、山东汉族、白族、傣族、拉族、黎族、纳西族、撒拉族、畲族、土族、佤族和云南藏族 )共 5 77例无亲缘关系的研究对象的DNA样本进行MICA基因微卫星扫描分型 ,获得了该微卫星的不同等位基因在各群体中的遗传数据。

单座位复等位基因同工酶是指同一座位上的不同等位基因所编码的酶蛋白。例如胎盘碱性磷酸酶（placental alkaline phosphatase,plap）是一种典型的复等位基因编码的酶，plap为二聚体，基因定位于2q37，依电泳速度可分3种变异型即慢（s）、中（i）、快（f）型，它们受3个复等位基因pls、pli及plf控制，每种基因分别编码s、i、f三种同工酶（g6pd）和腺苷酸激酸（ak）的同工酶即属此类。
