放射性核素骨显像
如99mTc、113mIn

将能被骨和关节浓聚的放射性核素或标记的化合物(如99mTc、113mIn)引入体内,使骨和关节显像。其敏感性高,比X线早发现病变。假阴性小于3%,假阳性小于5%。目前最常用是发射性计算机断层摄影(ECT)法,主要用于早期发现骨肿瘤和转移灶。判断骨血供及骨坏死,骨、关节炎症变化,微小骨折及不明原因的疼痛鉴别。
