ren一chu gonghuQnbing人畜共患病(z 00nosis)人类与脊椎动物之间均能感染和相互传播的疾病。亦称人兽共患病、人与动物共患病。至20世纪90年代初，世界上已发现200多种，中国有近200种，在许多国家广泛流行的有30多种。主要有炭疽、布鲁氏菌病、猪丹毒、钩端螺旋体病、李氏杆菌病、野兔热、鼠疫、沙门氏菌病、链球菌病、结核病、各种细菌性食物中毒、肉毒中毒、流行性乙型脑炎、森林脑炎、狂犬病、鸡新城疫、猫抓热、鹦鹉热、Q热、弓形体病、血吸虫病、有钩绦虫病、钩虫病、棘球蝴病、旋毛虫病等。人畜共患病在动物与人之间流行，对人类健康构成严重威胁，并给畜牧业造成巨大损失。防治人畜共患病，应采用法律、行政、经济、技术的及宣传教育等综合措施，控制传染源，切断人畜共患病的传播链，使之不能相互传播。主要措施是:在牲畜屠宰及食品加工的全过程进行有效的卫生管理和兽医监督;贯彻食品卫生法规，改变不良的饮食习惯;接触动物应采用科学的方法，保持畜体与圈舍清洁，粪便作无害化处理，人、畜定期预防接种及检疫;部队进人新地区，特别是原始森林、草原、沼泽地等，应事先进行卫生防疫侦察，查明自然疫源情况，有针对性地进行预防接种，杀虫灭鼠，改善环境条件。 (钟焕廷)
