用料：豆腐、黄瓜、豆芽、豌豆尖、云南火腿、普通火腿、香菇、米线
调料：盐、葱、姜、胡椒粉、鸡精、料酒、酸辣椒、番茄酱、食用油、高汤
用具：锅仔
做法：
1、 将豆芽、豌豆尖洗净放入锅仔的底部，上面铺上米线；
2、 黄瓜洗净切成片，火腿、香菇、豆腐切片放在米线上；
3、 坐锅点火倒油，待油热后放入葱、姜煸出香味，加入酸辣椒、番茄酱、高汤、料酒、盐、鸡精、胡椒粉，开锅后倒入锅仔中即可。
特点：酸辣可口
