营养百菇汤
原料：
巴西蘑菇适量、竹荪适量、金针菇适量、洋菇适量、新鲜香菇适量、杏鲍菇适量、芥菜心1片、素高汤600毫升
辅料：
盐小半匙、素高汤粉1大匙、胡椒粉少许、香油少许
做法：
1. 巴西蘑菇、竹荪分别泡水至涨开后，竹荪切除蒂头，并分切小段。
2. 杏鲍菇洗净，切片，再与洗净的金针菇、洋菇、新鲜香菇一同放入加有少许盐的凉水里汆烫一下，捞出沥干待用。
3. 把素高汤烧开，放入所有煮约4分钟，最后加入拌匀即可盛出食用。
tips：
凡是菌类，都有菌腥味及黏液，须先用滚水汆烫过再使用。
