Objective To observe the effects of polysaccharide nucleic acid fraction of bacillus calmette guerin(BCG-PSN) on the treatment and the T-lymphocyte subpopulation in pepipheral blood of patiants with vitiligo.
目的观察卡介菌多糖核酸(BCG-PSN)对白癜风患者的疗效以及对外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。

卡介苗多糖核酸（bcg-psn）
是采用卡介苗经热酚法提取的多糖核酸类物质，具有活化巨噬细胞，增强t细胞、b细胞介导的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能，使用bcg-psn治疗后，cd4、cd4/cd8比值可明显升高〔5，6〕，bcg-psn能有效地治疗由于mp感染后，引起的宿主细胞产生的病理性免疫反应。bcg-psn用药方法为肌肉注射，生物学检测无急慢性毒性，无局部刺激，无致热原性和过敏原性，临床应用安全，对mp引起的支原体肺炎有辅助治疗作用，能明显提高显效率及总有效率。
