This article puts forward some current emergent problems in postgraduate enrollment such as fairness,justice,one document pooling,sending examination papers,difficulty in evaluating applicants comprehensively,etc.

This paper analyzes the existing problems in postgraduate enrollment in China,such as,the arbitrariness in reexamination,the high degree of difficulty of unified exams,the partiality in summing up the scores of preliminary examinations,the long span of time and the cooperation between schools and departments,etc.

In order to reduce repeated labour intensity of postgraduate enrolment, decrease mistakes and raise effieieucy, the postgraduate enrolment information management system is developed, which has such featrnes as simple operation, excellent accuracy, clear and quick printing report forms, and so on.

Therefore it is an important project for the graduate management to analyze and study this phenomenon and to improve the quality of graduate enrollment and graduate education.

The application of graduate enrollment counseling system means a great deal to both theexpansion of propaganda and resource and the development of graduate education.

Also,the postgraduate admission forms the first step in the postgraduate education system,while the discipline construction forms the center of all the university routine work.
