主 料： 鸡胸肉、小棠菜各8两（约320克），雪蛤膏1两（约40克），金华火腿2两（约80克）。
做 法： 1、先用滚水将雪蛤膏浸软，然后去杂质。2、摘去小棠菜的老叶留菜胆，金华火腿切片，鸡胸肉切片、出水。3、鸡肉加雪蛤膏与六碗水先炖两小时，加入菜胆、火腿再炖半小时，加盐调味即成。
