Objective 1 To analyze the clinicopathological features of inflammatory pseudotumor, inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor and organizing pneumonia.
目的 1 进一步分析和确定炎性假瘤(inflammatory pseudotumor,IPT)、炎症性肌纤维母细胞瘤(inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor,IMT)和机化性肺炎(organizing pneumonia)的临床病理学特征;2 了解并阐明ALK、SMA和P53蛋白在IPT和机化性肺炎中的表达状态及其临床价值。

外阴颗粒细胞性肌母细胞瘤
病名。为发生 于 外阴的良性肿瘤。约占全身同种肿瘤的7%。可能来源于神经鞘细胞。可发生于大阴唇、小阴 唇、前庭大腺、尿道口旁切处；单发，直径0.5cm～3cm，为无痛性硬结节，当肿瘤表面皮 肤 溃破时，患者有疼痛感，局部渗液增多，甚至被误认为癌。此瘤生长缓慢，无包膜，可与全 身其他部位的同种肿瘤同时发生。切面无包膜，边界清楚，质地均匀，淡黄色有光泽。镜下 可见瘤细胞集合成索条状，为细纤维分隔，细胞大，多角形，边界不清，胞浆丰富，含细伊 红色颗粒，核或大或小，位于中央，核仁清楚。亦可见到细胞呈梭形，核长卵形，呈栅栏状 排列者。此瘤虽属良性，但有复发倾向，又因无包膜，故治疗应行较广泛的局部切除术。
