阿司匹林哮喘
aspirin induced asthma

服阿司匹林引起的哮喘。机制不明,可能因阿司匹林类药物抑制环氧化酶,阻断前列腺素的合成;脂氧化酶的作用加强而致白三烯合成增多,后者促进支气管平滑肌收缩而引起哮喘发作。哮喘患者应禁用阿司匹林。脱敏治疗可能有效,色甘酸二钠有保护作用。
