原发性胆汁性腹膜炎
primary biliary peritonitis
多见于婴幼儿自发性胆总管穿孔引起。临床表现为突然发生的急性弥漫性腹膜炎症状，出现高热、腹痛、腹胀、脱水，甚至休克、昏迷。体检时有全腹紧张压痛、肠鸣音减弱或消失，有腹水征。腹腔穿刺液可见胆汁样腹水，病因为胆总管远端穿孔。治疗为手术清理腹腔及引流。
