Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of large dose of Bonin for bone metastasis cancer patients.
方法57例溶骨性骨转移癌患者随机分为大剂量和常规剂量组,大剂量组给予患者博宁注射液90mg第1、2天,或60mg第1、23、天,加入500ml生理盐水或5%葡萄糖溶液中静脉滴注4~6h;常规剂量组为博宁注射液30mg连续3d,给药方法同前。
