| 活血化瘀 用具有消散作用的、或能攻逐体内瘀血的药物治疗瘀血病证的方法。有通畅血脉，消散瘀滞，调经止痛的作用。适用范围很广，如瘀阻于心所致的胸闷心痛、口唇青紫；瘀阻于肺所致的胸痛咳血；瘀阻于肝所致的胁痛痞块；瘀阻于胞宫所致的小腹疼痛，月经不调，痛经等；瘀阻于肢体所致的局部肿痛青紫；瘀阻于脉络所致的半身不遂等。常用川芎、桃仁、红花、赤芍、丹参、蒲黄、乳香、没药等药物组成方剂，代表方剂有桃仁承气汤、血府逐瘀汤、复元活血汤、温经汤等。活血化瘀常同补气、养血、温经散寒、清热、行气、攻下等治法配合使用。临床上具体使用该法时应注意以下几点：①瘀血证有轻重，治疗时应选用不同的方药。②祛瘀过猛，易于伤正，因此常辅以益气养血之品，使祛瘀而不伤正。③本法能促进血行，故凡出血证，妇女月经过多及孕妇均当慎用。 |
