Methods One hundred type 2 DN patients of qi-yin deficiency with blood-stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups, all were treated with basal hypoglycemic treatment but with QYYHR given to the treatment group additionally for 3 months.
方法选择2型糖尿病肾病(Ⅲ、Ⅳ期)气阴两虚夹瘀证患者100例,随机分为两组,两组降糖治疗基本相同,治疗组同时给予芪地益气养阴活血方治疗3个月,观察两组疗效、治疗前后血糖、尿白蛋白排泄率、尿素氮、肌酐及血液流变学等指标。

央气位aqi)针灸穴名。马又名涅中穴。出《元，疗马滚》。牛又名通气穴。位于前肢与躯干相接处的胶窝内，刺入肩脚下肌与下锯肌间的疏松结缔组织内，左右侧各一穴。有衡动、静脉与份神经丛分支分布。大宽针向外上方刺破患肢皮肤再以夹气针向同侧抢风穴方向刺入10一巧厘米，出针后将患肢前后摇动数次。扎针时，夹气针的光面应朝内侧，缓缓进针，遇有阻力，调整方位后再进针，以防刺入胸腔。入针前注意严密消毒，并在针体涂些润滑剂，既便于进针，又可防止夹气针断裂。主治里夹气，前肢神经麻痹。(宋大香)
