性质:又称紫云英苷。黄色针状结晶(由甲醇中)。熔点175~178℃。旋光度-16.9°(c=0.45,甲醇)。溶于氢氧化钠溶液、热水、乙醇、乙酸乙酯,不溶于乙醚、丙酮、氯仿。植物来源有省沽油科植物野鸦椿[Euscaphis japonica (Thunb.)Dipp.]种子,柿科植物柿树(Diospyros kaki L. f.)等多种植物。动物实验表明具有利胆、利尿、降压、解痉、祛痰、抗生物氧化性质和降低毛细血管通透性的作用。临床上常与其他成分合用制成复方制剂使用。
