Document metrology is used to the compilation of the references cited in the excellent doctorate theses in China,which covers the period of 1999-2004 and involves seventeen categories of disciplines and technologies.
本文利用文献计量学的方法对1999-2004年17个理工学科的全国优秀博士论文参考文献进行了数据统计与相关分析,并对一些问题提出了建设性意见。

国防部服役优秀勋章根据美国1976年2月6日的第11904号总统令而设立的国防部服役优秀勋章由国防部长授予美国武装部队中任何在国防部联合参谋部和其他三军联合部门中担负重任而功绩卓著的人员。国防部服役优秀勋章在等级顺序上介于银星勋章和功绩勋章/之间。凡在某一服役内已获得功绩勋章或类似勋章的任何个人不能再获得国防部服役优秀勋章。
