Basing these researches, we study the preparation method of aurantio-obtusin and the quality specification of Semen Cassiae.
已从决明子降血脂有效部位中分离得到6个单体化合物,分别为钝叶素、橙黄决明素、钝叶决明素苷、钝叶素苷、大豆苷和Cassitoroside;运用低密度脂蛋白受体(LDLR)报告基因模型对其进行了药效学研究,结果发现橙黄决明素能增强LDLR基因转录水平,提示橙黄决明素具有降血脂活性,其活性与普伐他汀相当;并采用大鼠高脂血症模型进行了药效学验证。
