Objective To obtain the polymorphic data of short tandem repeat(STR) loci of D15S657, D11S1369, D6S2420 and D6S503 in Chinese Han population and to study the association of these four STR loci with insulin dependent diabetes mellitus(IDDM).
目的 获得 D15 S6 5 7、D11S136 9、D6 S2 42 0、D6 S5 0 3位点在中国成都汉族人群中的群体遗传数据 ,并研究上述 4种短串联重复序列 (short tandem repeats,STR)的多态性与胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(insulin- dependent diabetes mellitus,IDDM)的关系。

Methods: ①Clinical test:12 non-Insulin-dependant diabetes mellitus(NIDDM) patientss fasting blood sugar(FBS),blood insulin(INS)and insulin sensitivity index(ISI)were observed before and after treatment.
方法:⑴临床实验:观察了12例非胰岛素依赖性糖尿病(NIDDM)患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FBS),胰岛素(INS),胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)的变化;⑵动物实验:取32只Wistar大鼠分为4组:A:正常对照组,B:糖尿病对照组,C:糖尿病大鼠治疗1次组,D:糖尿病大鼠治疗10次组。

非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病
旧称"成人发病型糖尿病"，"青少年的成人发病型糖尿病"，糖尿病的一个临床类型。其特征为：①起病缓慢。②典型病例见于成人、中老年，偶见于幼儿。③血浆胰岛素水平按体重计相对性降低，且在刺激后呈延迟释放，有时肥胖病人空腹血浆胰岛素基值可偏高，糖刺激后血浆胰岛素亦高于正常人，但比相同体重的非糖尿病肥胖者为低。④遗传因素系此型糖尿病的基本病因。⑤抗胰岛细胞自身抗体(ICA）不增高。⑥胰岛素受体往往不敏感，故在治疗上不依赖胰岛素，但有时为控制高血糖及症状，也常采用胰岛素治疗。参见"糖尿病"。
