Objective:To explore the pharmacodyniamic action and the mechanism of action of the Maxingganshi decoction in acute lung injury rats in order to supply the pharmacology evidence to cure the SIRS-ALI of Maxingganshi decoction.
目的:探讨麻杏甘石汤及其配伍抗急性肺损伤的药效作用及作用机理,为其治疗实验性急性损伤提供药理学证据。

补充资料：甘笋花胶猪汤
材料：
甘笋（红萝卜）450克. 花胶75克. 猪(月展)300克. 瑶柱3粒. 姜2片.
做法：
① 花胶用清水浸软。煮滚半镬清水，放入姜1片及花胶煲5分钟，取出花胶洗净，切细块备用。
② 瑶柱加水浸软；甘笋去皮，洗净，切细块；猪(月展)洗净。
③ 烧滚清水12杯，放入全部煲汤材料，待汤滚后，改用小火煲3小时，下盐调味即成。
【知道多一点】
浸发花胶的时间，视乎花胶的厚薄而定，75克（约2两）重的花胶，须用水浸约10小时。
