暴发型败血症
旧称"华佛综合征"。指*流行性脑脊髓膜炎的一个特殊类型。病情发展迅速，主要表现为休克，广泛瘀点或大片瘀斑，而脑膜炎则不明显。双侧肾上腺皮质出血、坏死，促发急性肾上腺皮质功能衰竭所致。目前认为，主要是由于弥漫性血管内凝血所致。以高热、头痛、呕吐开始，休克为重要表现之一，出现面色苍灰，唇周及指端紫绀、四肢厥冷、皮肤花斑、脉搏细数、血压下降、脉压缩小。治疗主要以抗感染、抗休克和对症处理。
