AIM: To study the treatment effect of chronic pharyngitis using radiofrenquency and compound iodine glycerin.

【处方】
碘 10g 碘化钾 10g 水 10ml 甘油 适量 ──────────────── 全量 1000ml
【制法】
取碘化钾，加水溶解后，加碘，搅拌使溶解，再加甘油使成1000ml，搅 匀，即得。
【性状】
本品为红棕色的糖浆状液体；有碘的特臭。
【鉴别】
(1) 取本品1ml ，加水稀释，加硫代硫酸钠试液，棕色应消失。 (2) 取上项遗留的溶液，加亚硝酸钴钠试液，即生成黄色沉淀。
【含量测定】
碘 精密量取本品20ml，置具塞锥形瓶中，加水100ml 与醋酸1 滴 ，用硫代硫酸钠滴定液(0.1mol/L)滴定至溶液无色。每1ml硫代硫酸钠滴定液(0.1mol/L) 相当于12.69mg的Ｉ。
