基本材料 鹅肉、瘦猪肉各250克，淮山药30克，北沙参、玉竹各15克，精盐、味精、料酒、胡椒粉、姜片、鸡清汤、鸡油各适量。
制法：将鹅肉、猪肉分别洗净，放入沸水锅中氽透，捞出，沥干水，切成丝，待用。把淮山药、北沙参、玉竹分别去杂，清水洗净，装入纱布袋中扎口，待用。将煮锅刷洗干净，置于火上，注入鸡汤，放入鹅肉丝、猪肉丝、药袋、精盐、料酒、胡椒粉、生姜片，锅加盖，共煮至肉熟烂，淋上鸡油，以味精调味即成。
功效：益气补虚，养阴润肺，生津止渴。
用法：佐餐食用。
应用：适用于肺胃阴虚之人。
