性质:能帮助离子跨膜运送的具有一定脂溶性的化合物。离子载体可分为两类:(1)可以在膜内活动的小分子,称为活动离子载体,如缬氨霉素是钾离子的载体;(2)固定在膜内并形成贯穿膜两侧的离子通道的物质,称为通道离子载体。通道离子载体又分为两类:一类是两性霉素型大环多羟基多烯内酯类化合物,另一类是多肽类。由于他们能在疏水的生物膜中建立一个亲水的通道,因此可使离子跨膜传递的能阈降低。
