[Objectives] To investigate the difference of central corneal thickness(CCT) measured by optical coherence tomography(OCT), ultrasonic pachymeter and OrbscanⅡ system and compare their repeatability.

Objective:To detect the retinal nerve fiber layer(RNFL) thickness around optic disc among normal and primary open angle glaucoma(POAG) eyes by optical coherence tomography(OCT) and analyze.
目的:运用光学相干断层扫描仪(optical coherence tomography,OCT)检测正常人与原发性开角型青光眼(primary open angle glaucoma,POAG)患者的视盘周围视网膜神经纤维层(retinal nerve fiber layer,RNFL)厚度并分析。
