AIM: To study the dynamic change of the endo- thelins-1 (ET-1) in plasma and lung tissue of dogs with acute respiratory failure (ARF) treated by bilateral femoral arteriovenous extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (bAV-ECMO).
目的观察双侧股动脉-股静脉无泵驱动体外膜肺(bAV-ECMO)治疗急性呼吸衰竭犬,血浆及肺组织内皮素-1(ET-1)的表达变化。

为菊科植物心叶兔耳风的根。
【植物形态】
心叶兔耳风 多年生草本。根茎较粗壮，密被棕色毛茸，须根多数。叶基生，同心形，长7～12厘米，宽6～10厘米，先端短突尖，基部心形，下延成翼，叶缘疏生刺齿，脉细网状，于两面凸出，无毛；叶柄长10～20厘米。花茎1～2条，高约1米，径约3毫米，细圆柱形，上端密被白色毛茸；头状花序3～5簇生花茎顶端两侧，白色；花序基部具苞叶1枚，线状倒披针形。瘦果倒披针形，棕色，被毛，冠毛羽状。 生于山野丛林中。
【采集】
秋季挖根，洗净，切片，晒干备用。
【性味】
苦微辛涩，温。
【功用主治】
祛风湿，舒筋络。
【选方】
治风湿筋骨疼痛，跌打损伤：双股箭三至五钱，水煎服，或外包疼痛处。
