Objective To review the feasibility,safety and efficacy of percutaneous transluminal angioplasty(PTA) combined with stent implantation for the treatment of occlusive atherosclerosis in lower limbs.
方法:2007年1月至2008年1月我科收治的下肢动脉闭塞性病变患者18例,采用常规或者内膜下成形技术对完全闭塞性病变进行扩张,根据扩张后病变变化选择性使用支架植入。

补充资料：闭塞性动脉硬化
闭塞性动脉硬化
系指由于动脉粥样硬化累及中、小动脉，而使其逐渐变窄或闭塞的一种疾病。多发生于老年人，糖尿病患者易发生。其原因尚未查明，近年认为可能与脂质代谢紊乱，血流动力学改变，动脉壁的功能障碍以及凝血和纤溶系统的紊乱等因素有关。常见下肢动脉干的闭塞性硬化，患肢因缺血而出现发凉、麻木、疼痛、间歇性跛行等症状，久之因患肢长期缺血，营养障碍，可发生局部溃疡和坏疽或继发感染。治疗可用中医药及降血脂、降压等疗法，必要时手术治疗，但主要还在于预防动脉硬化。
