性质:又称淫羊藿苷[甙]。黄色针状结晶(吡啶-水)。熔点225~226℃。旋光度-85°。易溶于吡啶,可溶于乙醇,难溶于水。与三氯化铁反应呈绿色,盐酸镁粉反应呈橙红色。存在于小檗科植物淫羊藿(Epimedium grandiflorum Morr.)的茎叶,朝鲜淫羊藿(E. koreanum Nakai),心叶淫羊藿(E. brevicornum Maxim.)等植物中。药理实验表明,本品能增强免疫功能,并能促进造血功能,能显著增加脑血流量,降低脑血管阻力,对脑缺氧有保护作用。通过利用四氯化碳诱导大鼠原代培养肝细胞的毒性试验表明,本品亦能明显降低丙氨酸转氨酶和山梨醇脱氢酶的释放作用,解毒率为76%。
