Objective To compare the clinical effect of tube bone fractures with a modified bone holding and the traditional three -claw bone holding.
方法:对自2004年6月以来笔者经治的94例116处四肢长管状骨骨折,按住院次序,奇数者(A组)采用新型持骨器治疗,偶数者(B组)用三爪持骨器治疗,比较二者在切口长度、手术时间、失血量、骨折对位情况、骨折愈合时间等方面的情况。

解剖学术语。骨干由皮质骨围成，呈筒状，中央为骨髓腔，形似管状，故名。一般两端较粗、中间较细。管状骨又可分为长管状骨与短管状骨。前者主要指四肢长骨，包括肱骨、尺骨、挠骨、股骨、胫骨和腓骨，后者包括掌骨、指骨和趾骨。管状骨均为软骨化骨。长管状骨的发育阶段形态变化最大，因其起承重和运动杠杆作用，故对其骨折的整复、愈合要求较高。
