OBJECTIVE: To evaluate medinal safety of oil of spine date seed .
目的:评价酸枣仁油的用药安全性。
补充资料：浓缩维生素c酸枣汁
主要原料：酸枣、白糖、二氧化硫等。
设备用具：真空浓缩锅、空瓶。
制作方法：选色泽为红绿相间的酸枣（维生素c含量高），用清水冲洗干净，再泡在浓度为0．2％的二氧化硫溶液中，约10～20分钟，捞出后，用清水浸泡24～48小时（枣水比例为1：1）后，取出榨汁，将汁与浸泡水混合均匀，称重，放入真空浓缩锅中加温浓缩（真空度为650～700mm水银柱），温度在50℃～60℃，浓缩至原重量的1／4停止加温，将浓缩液一次全放出并称重，按1公斤浓缩液加1公斤白糖的比例加糖，再加热至50℃，待糖完全溶解后，即可装入消毒瓶内。 所制成品浓缩酸枣汁，每100克中含维生素c500毫克以上。
