性质:评价医用高分子材料对人体有否致癌性的试验,按Ames常规点试法进行,采用TA98,TA100,TA1535,TA1537,TA1538  5种菌株,以空白的二甲基亚砜(MSDO)溶液与已知的致癌物9-氨基嘧啶及黄曲霉素B1分别作阴性和阳性对照,重复三次,检查试验的高分子材料对试验菌株有否致突变作用,从而判断是否存在致癌性。
