爆发型人格障碍(explosive personalitydi”“rder)亦称“冲动型人格障碍，·。人格障碍类型之一。具有这型人格的人常因微小的精神刺激而爆发非常强烈的愤怒和冲动，自己无法控制;情感及行为的暴烈程度与精神刺激不相称，可造成严重的伤害或财产损失。这种爆发历时数分钟至数小时，随即平静下来。事后常感到后悔和自责，但不能防止再次发作。间歇期正常，并无冲动或攻击的迹象。发作过程类似癫痈，但无意识障碍和痉挛发作，而且脑电图正常或有非特异性改变。与癫痈的关系尚待进一步研究。美国《精神疾病诊断和统计手册))(第三版)将这种情况归于冲动控制障碍(imPulse eontrol disorder)，与病理性赌博、盗窃癖、放火癖、拔毛癖同属一类障碍。 (赵亚忠撰刘协和审)
