制作：
(1)取出嫩豆腐，将之切成约4×4公分正方块2份，豌豆苗洗净备用
(2)将嫩豆腐置於容器中，盘缘摆上豌豆苗，将适量味噌沙拉酱淋於豆腐上，再洒上少许红椒末作为装饰即可。
