Wuran fuheliang污染负荷t(poUution load)在一定时段内由点污染源和面污染源进人水体的污染物总量。污染负荷量是水质评价、预测和水污染控制的重要指标。 点污染源(简称点源)是指污染物集中排放的污染源，污染物主要来自工业废水和城市生活污水。点源的污染负荷量可以用一日或一年的污水排放量来表示。此数据可以直接从各排污口实测的污水流量来计算，或根据调查资料汇总计算。为便于比较和预测趋势，与污水量相联系，常使用3个系数:①万元产值工业废水排放量，即工业废水量与工业产值之比。工艺水平愈高，此数愈小。②人均生活污水排放量，即生活污水量与居住人口数之比。生活水平愈高，此数愈大。③污径比，即排人江河的污水量与同时期江河的径流量之比。此数愈大，表示污染愈严重。面污染源(简称面源)是指污染物随地面径流分散排人水体的污染源，污染物主要来自农田使用的农药和化肥。一般用某流域或地区一年的农药、化肥使用量(或销售量)来间接表示面源污染负荷。为了便于比较和预测趋势，常用每亩使用农药、化肥数量作系数。所使用的农药、化肥，有一部分会随降雨径流带人水体，其流失比率只能按典型地段的实测数据进行估计。 污水量只能反映污染的概括情况，为分析污水的具体污染性质，污染负荷量需要分别用各种污染物质的年排放量来表示。污染物种类繁多，需要按污水性质，选择对水环境质量影响较大的水质参数。常用的水质参数有反映有机污染的化学耗氧量(COD)、氨氮和反映有毒物质的酚、氰、汞、砷、六价铬等。污染负荷量可以通过测量排污口的污水流量及污水中某种污染物质的浓度，以二者之积计算。有些污染物可以按生产工艺流程中原料使用量与流失率二者之积计算。在水污染总量控制中，可以按水质标准或环境目标计算某种污染物的允许最大污染负荷量，作为总的控制指标。(王研)
