白细胞减少指数试验
亦称"食物激发试验"。对某种食物过敏需要明确于所做的一种试验。病人受试前24小时禁止进用该类食物，试前当天空腹，测脉博、呼吸、血压、白细胞计数，然后让病人进食可疑食物（食用量可按病情决定），然后留院观察三小时左右。其间于进食后15′、30′、90′、各测脉博、血压、呼吸及白细胞计数一次，观察有无呼吸、脉搏、血压、白细胞下降等情况，同时观察有无腹痛、恶心、皮诊、皮痒、腹泻、头痛、咳嗽、哮喘等过敏情况。并做好记录。其白细胞减少程度数值即为白细胞减少指数。白细胞减少以1000为极限。如进食三小时内，病人出现相应的过敏症状，呼吸、脉搏增快，白细胞总数减少1000以上者，则为阳性，表示所摄取食物与变态反应有关。本试验手续繁多，但有一定的临床意义。
