1) apicetomy

Methods: Case records of 41 teeth of 41 patients who performed by endodontic surgery with chronic perioapical periodontitis were divided to 4 groups in which there were 12 cases of periapical curettage,10 cases of apicetomy,5 cases of retrograde filling and 14 cases of apicetomy + retrograde filling,respectively.
方法:选择有记载的有随访的根管外科治疗的病例41例共41颗牙齿,分别根据所采取的手术方式分4组,分别是根尖刮治术组12例,根尖切除术组10例,根尖倒充填术组5例和根尖切除+根尖倒充填术组14例。

Method: 4 teeth in 20 patients with moderate to advanced periodontitis were randomly divided into four groups: ①minocycline plus scaling and root planning(SRP+M) ②scaling and root planning alone(SRP) ③minocycline alone(M) ④untreated group(U).
结论 :龈下局部应用米诺环素联合刮治术和根面平整术在降低探诊深度和探诊出血方面比单纯实施刮治术和根面平整术组效果明显。

Method:12 cases with odontogernic keratocyst who had large cyst or more than one lesion or refused operation were treated by marsupialization and curettage .
方法:对我院近几年收治的囊肿较大、多发或不愿作根治术的12名患者,行彻底刮治术加开窗术的保守治疗,术后佩带塞治器,观察其疗效和复发率。
