性质:淡黄色结晶。熔点194~196℃。本品作用于脊髓上位中枢较广泛的部位,而使肌肉紧张性亢进状态缓解。另外还有消炎镇痛作用。用于脑血管障碍、脑性麻痹、痉挛性脊髓麻痹、脊髓血管障碍、颈部脊椎症、后纵韧带骨化症、多发性硬化症、肌萎缩性侧索硬化症、脊髓小脑变性症、外伤后遗症、术后后遗症及其他脑脊髓疾患引起的痉挛性麻痹。制剂为片剂。
