鼻痔 病名。系指鼻内息肉如榴子，渐大下垂，闭塞孔窍，使气不得宣通的病证。其病因，《外科正宗》卷四认为：“由肺气不清，风湿郁滞而成。”治宜内服辛荑清肺饮，外以硇砂散逐日点鼻。详见鼻息肉及取鼻痔秘法条。
