【性状】
本品为白色或略带淡黄色片。
【鉴别】
取本品的细粉适量（约相当于维生素Ｃ0.2g），加水10ml，振摇使维生 素Ｃ溶解，滤过，滤液照维生素Ｃ项下的鉴别(1)、(2)试验，显相同的反应。
【检查】
溶液的颜色 取本品的细粉适量（相当于维生素Ｃ1.0g）加水20ml，振 摇使维生素Ｃ溶解，滤过，滤液照分光光度法（附录Ⅳ A）在440nm 的波长处测定吸收 度，不得过0.07。 其他 应符合片剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ A）。
【含量测定】
取本品20片，精密称定，研细，精密称取适量（约相当于维生素Ｃ 0.2g），置100ml 量瓶中，加新沸过的冷水100ml 与稀醋酸10ml的混合液适量，振摇使 维生素Ｃ溶解并稀释至刻度，摇匀，经干燥滤纸迅速滤过，精密量取续滤液50ml，加淀 粉指示液1ml，用碘滴定液(0.1mol/L)滴定，至溶液显蓝色并持续30秒钟不褪。每1ml碘 滴定液(0.1mol/L)相当于8.806mg的C6H8C6。
